Karlie Urbach - M.D.
Karlie grew up in Sterling, and spent many hours of her childhood at NECFM where her mother worked as Dr. Clark's nurse. After graduating from Caliche High School, she completed her undergraduate studies at Colorado School of Mines where she received a degree in biochemistry and bioengineering. She then obtained her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of medicine. After medical school, Karlie moved to Greeley CO where she completed 3 years of residency training at Northern Colorado Family Medicine. She obtained training in full scope family medicine and obstetrics, and served as chief resident during her 3rd year. Dr. Urbach is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians and is excited to care for the community she grew up in. She enjoys kayaking, hiking with her dogs, interior design and reading.
